How to install universal HP printer driver?

First, download the driver from HTTP://www.mcr.ca/downloads/drivers.

When the file is downloaded, run it. It may come up with secyrity warning, in that case, allow the action.

Next, click "Unzip"

After sucessfull decompressing, you can close both windows

Open My Computer icon, and open folder C:\HP Universal Print Driver v5.0.3 for Windows - PCL 6 and double click Install icon

The installation will start, so click next, select "Dynamic" option,click on "Install" and wait for couple minutes for installation to finish.

Eventualy, it will come up opening the printers folder, and you will see a new printer icon - "HP Universal Printing". Right click on it, and select "Properties".

It will come up with a new window: .

Click on "Enter new address", and in the new window enter address of the printer: 97.107.48.98 and click OK

Now, wait until the printer is set up:

Now the printer is set.

Aditional steps:

If you want to set it up as a default - so when you click "print" it directly prints to the new printer - open Printers folder and right click on the new printer and select "Set as a default printer"

If you are prompted with "Privacy settings", select "No".
